Pricing

1. Onboarding and business setup (paid once)

This is real work our team does for your business. It includes:

• Setting DeFogger up for your kind of business, and switching on the features you need.
• Bringing in your starting information where you have it: your products, your stock, your customers and suppliers, and what they owe or are owed.
• Checking your opening figures with you, so your first day starts on true numbers.
• Adding your staff, and setting what each person may do.
• Training you and your staff, and staying with you until your business goes live.

If your business needs something unusually large, or something outside this list, we tell you the price first and do it only when you agree.

2. Subscription (from the day you go live)

• The price is for one business. We do not charge for each device or each staff member.
• It includes the whole app: sales, purchases, stock, payments, expenses, running accounts, closing the day, reports and your papers.
• It works on a phone or a computer, and keeps working when the internet stops.
• It includes your locked nightly backups, and help from us on WhatsApp and email.

3. How it works

1. Try the working demo. It is free and needs no sign-up: defogger.app/demo.
2. Talk to us on WhatsApp at +923394644466 or by email at support@defogger.app.
3. Pay for onboarding, at once or in two payments.
4. We set up your business with you. Your subscription does not run while we do this.
5. Your business goes live. Your first month or year starts that day.

4. How you pay

• Each payment has an invoice with its own number. You see the full amount, and any tax, on the invoice before you pay.
• Today you pay by bank transfer into FinThinkers' bank account, shown on your invoice. Use the invoice number as the reference, then tap "I have paid". We check it and send you a receipt.
• We never charge you automatically, and we never keep your card or bank account details.

5. Taxes

"Applicable taxes" means a tax we are required by law to charge, such as sales tax on services in your province. We add a tax only where the law requires us to charge it. It is always shown on your invoice before you pay. Prices on this page do not include tax.

6. Changes to these prices

If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you. A change never touches a period you have already paid for.

7. Refunds and stopping

Your first subscription payment can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of going live. The full rules are in our Refund Policy. To stop, you simply do not renew: see our Cancellation Policy. Both are part of our Terms of Service.
